Working Principle
The air stream (containing dust) pass through the inlet air port into the lower filtering box, parts of dust fall down, light fine dust separated out from the filtering bag when floating. So the clean air after filtering, will through the filtering bag, into the upper filtering box by venture, and discharge from the oulet port. Meantime when the dust adsorbed into the external surface of filtering bag, increasing speedy, when during the limited range(80-120 mm water column), need to clean it, and this action is by the controller triggering every control valve sequencely, the compressed air inside air bag through the blowing pipe, make the filtering bag inflated immediately, with the reaction force of air stream, the dropped dust will fall into the dust port, and exhaust out of filtering box through exhausting dust valve.

This bag filter is widely used for ventilation, remove dusting and retrieving powder dust in metallurgy industry, foundry industry, mine, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, feed industry, construction material industry and grain processing industry etc.
