Product Introduction
●KODI YGL series organic thermal medium boiler is an assembled forced circulation vertical traveling coal-combustion boiler. The heating surface of this series boiler has a compact structure, is composed of inner, middle and outside closepacked round coil, inner coil is the radiation heating surface, the outside surface of outside coil and inner coil forms a convection heating surface. The air preheating device is designed in the rear of boiler. The boiler is made up of the upper proper and the bottom fire grate, will be assembled on the application site. After fuel burns completely in combustion chamber, the radiation heating surface will absorb most of heat quantity, following which, the high temperature fume will enter into convection heating surface for heat exchange. When coming out of boiler, it will heat air necessary for combustion in air preheater, and then will be released into atmosphere through chimney by induced-draft fan through dust catcher.
Product Features
●Easy to install, it will be enough if jointing the upper proper and bottom fire grate, short installation cycle.
●Heating surface uses round closepacked coil, sufficient heating surface design can reduce surface thermal load, and then keep heat transfer oil safer.
●Scientific medium flow, the heat transfer oil flows from lower(inlet) to upper(outlet), air produced in the process of traveling will be hard to stay in boiler, and can be drained away from system conveniently.
●Combustion in combustion chamber is an adiabatic combustion, it will be easy to ignite and burn fuel, make it burn sufficiently, and improve thermal efficiency of boiler.
●The top of boiler is designed closepacked coil, it can protect the roof of boiler well, avoid it from burning out.
