Dry granulator is the key equipment of each feed plant. The normal operation of dry granulator directly affects the economic benefit of the enterprise. Therefore, the correct operation of dry granulator is very important.

However, in actual production, because of many reasons, it is easy to form a thick and hard material "pot" between the ring mould and the press roll. The press roll can not squeeze the material out of the die hole, so that the ring die of the granulator can be stuck or skidded, thus causing the common plugging machine.

1. In order to reduce the machine blocking, it is necessary to adjust the gap of die roll in production. When adjusting, the gap is generally 3-5mm. In this way, the experience and adjustment of dry granulation workers are very important.

2. Granulation worker should always pay attention to various factors such as steam pressure and feed quantity of conditioner, so as to avoid steam pressure and moisture content caused by moisture content. At the same time, in order to reduce the number of blockage caused by steam quality, the boiler room should provide high quality and stable dry saturated steam. In the process of production, the granulator should always pay attention to the moisture of the material after the conditioning. It can be judged by a simple method. The concrete method is to grasp the material of a conditioner to be clumbed into a group, and the pine hand is just as appropriate.

3. In order to meet the technical requirements, the material can be fully mixed with steam in the conditioner to achieve the softening material and gelatinized starch, which is conducive to compressing the powder and producing qualified products. The conditioner needs a long time of heat preservation, heating and humidification, the number of layers can be installed according to the need, to ensure that the material fully meets the quality requirements, improve the surface and internal quality of the particle, and improve its water resistance in the water. At the present stage, the more advanced method is the use of modulator + PLM + modulator. Think of the quality of the effect. Through on-site debugging, the number of blockage can be reduced, which can be solved by adjusting steam. Because the boiler equipment has been fixed, the supply of steam has been determined, it is necessary to pay attention to the treatment of water vapor in the steam pipeline, try to eliminate the condensate in the steam pipeline as far as possible, and the steam pressure in the front end of the regulator needs to be very stable.
