After about one and a half months of production, one set of LPG 5 Plus spray dryer has been completed for our Russian customer. According to the material characteristics of the customer, the spray dryer is produced with 316L material for the contact parts and 304 material for the other parts. At the same time, an air broom device was added at the bottom to prevent the material from sticking to the inner wall of the drying chamber. We have also upgraded the manhole of the spray dryer by adopting a circular door, which has better air sealing performance. This way, the drying effect of the spray dryer will also be better.
The LPG-5 Plus spray dryer is also a type of lab scale spray dryer. It is slightly larger than the minimum LPG-5 lab spray dryer. According to the different raw materials, the water evaporation capacity is approximately 5 to 7 kilograms per hour.
