Two Sets Of WLDH-500L Ribbon Mixers Were Completed and Packed

After more than two month of production, two sets of WLDH-500L ribbon mixers were completed for our French customer. According to the customer's different requirements, the first mixer was produced with contact parts SUS304, the other parts of carbon steel, and the second mixer was produced with all parts SUS304. The internal of the Ribbon Mixers all adopt mirror polishing. The workmanship is exquisite and two machines look very beautiful.
After production was completed, we do initial installation and testing on site. The two ribbon mixers worked very well and our customer was very satisfied.
The horizontal ribbon mixer is composed of U-shaped container, ribbon mixing blade and transmission parts. It is a new type of mixing equipment with high efficiency, high uniformity, high loading coefficient, low energy consumption, low pollution and low crushing. The WLDH series ribbon mixer has wide range of application and can mix powder with powder, powder with liquid.
