KODI Horizontal Plough Shear Mixer Has Been Finished for The Customer

After one and a half months of production, a Horizontal Plough Shear Mixer has been completed for our European customer. This machine is made totally of 304 stainless steel, with internal mirror polish, which makes the mixing of materials better and makes them less to stick to the chamber wall. This horizontal plough shear mixer looks very beautiful and our customer is also very satisfied with the quality of our machine.

The Horizontal Plough Shear Mixer is a kind of powder mixing equipment. It mainly consists of the transmission part, horizontal cylinder,plough group shaft, flying knife group, discharge valve, liquid spraying device, etc. Under the combined action of ploughshares and flying blades, continuous replacement, diffusion, and uniform mixing can be achieved in a short period of time, with high mixing accuracy.

Horizontal Plough Shear Mixers are widely used in solid-solid (i.e., adding liquid to powder) mixing in industries such as chemical industry, coatings, medicine, food, feed, fuel, and mining, as well as in compound processes such as wet granulation, drying, and concentration.
