After a period of production, our Double Cone Vacuum Dryer has been finished for our Brazil customer, it looks beautiful. Our engineer also have finished the dryer testing works, it works well when connected the power.
Double cone dryer is suitable for vacuum drying and mixing of powder & granular materials in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries, especially for materials with the following requirements: heat sensitive materials; easily oxidized, hazardous materials; materials requiring recovery of solvents etc.
So what is Double Cone Vacuum Dryer? how to work?
The double cone vacuum dryer has a rotary tank. In the vacuum state, different heating source (such as steam，hot water or thermal oil) could be fed into the jacket for heating, then the wet material will be dried by contacting with the inner wall of the tank.
Because the tank is in a vacuum state, and the rotation of the tank body makes the material constantly turn up and down , so the drying speed of the material is accelerated, the drying efficiency is improved, at last the purpose of uniform drying is achieved.
