KODI Double Layer Explosion Proof Glass Reactor Introduction

KODI glass reactor is designed with double-layer glass and is equipped with a multi-function speed-adjustable explosion-proof control box. The working principle is to inject different cold and heat sources (refrigerant, hot water or hot oil) through the inter layer of the double-layer glass reactor, and heat or cool the materials in the reaction kettle at a constant temperature, and it can be under normal pressure or negative pressure according to the requirements. Stirring reaction is carried out under pressure conditions, and can be used for reflex and distillation of the solution. After the reaction is completed, the materials can be discharged from the discharge port at the bottom of the kettle, and the operation is extremely convenient.
Our double-layer glass reactor can not only provide high-temperature reaction, but also can do low-temperature reaction (we could equipped with cryogenic refrigerator), and can also perform vacuum reaction (we could equipped with vacuum pump).
